2 pounds chicken drumsticks (about 3-4)

1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup all-purpose flour mixed with 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning

How to make Smothered Chicken?

1 Preheat the frying pan.

2 Sprinkle chicken drumsticks evenly with 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning on both sides. Add part of the flour and Creole seasoning mixture to a small bowl. Dip the chicken legs into the flour mixture, making sure the chicken legs are evenly coated in the mixture. Repeat this step with the remaining chicken legs.
