As a staple food, pasta is very popular. Whether you eat it as a main meal or as a fat-reducing meal, it can give you a satisfying feeling of fullness. In addition to the most common elongated pasta in daily life, macaroni pasta is also what I often eat.Not only is the shape unique, but the taste is also very satisfying. Last time we made Spaghetti Napolitan, and what they have in common with the Boscajola pasta we made this time is that they are both pasta with tomato sourness. This kind of pasta is not only rich in taste, but also appetizing. This Boscajola pasta will also add some cream to make it taste sweeter.
If you are sometimes worried about what to eat for dinner, this can be a good reference. It is rich in ingredients and can meet the energy you need for the day. Come and make it with me!
1 pound macaroni
1 pound shiitake mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 pound Italian sausage
5 cloves garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
1/2 cup dry cheese
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1 can of tomatoes (15 ounces)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cream
3/4 cup white wine
2 cups pasta water
Tips
Mushrooms absorb water easily. In order to prevent the excess water from the mushrooms from destroying the flavor of the pasta, you need to set aside the excess after soaking the mushrooms.
Because this pasta contains a lot of ingredients, adding too little water will affect the final taste. You can reserve a little water for cooking the pasta and add it to the mix at the end to make the overall taste smoother.
It is best to choose white wine, preferably without sweetness, so that the fruity and winey aroma of the pasta can be exuded without spoiling the overall taste due to sweetness.

Step 1
First wash and cut the mushrooms into slices, then put them into a pot and boil them with hot water. Remove the cold water and squeeze out the excess water and set aside.
Step2
Add salt to the pot and put the macaroni. After one minute, pour in the white wine. When it is soft, remove it and return it to cold water. This can keep the macaroni chewy. Then set it aside and put a bowl of water in the pot for later use.
Step 3
Chop the garlic, rosemary, and parsley, grate the cheese, and cut the sausage into small pieces and set aside.
Step 4
Add olive oil to the pot, add sausage and saute until fragrant. Remove when the surface turns light brown and set aside. Then pour the mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry, add a small amount of salt, then add parsley and minced garlic and stir-fry together. Finally, open the canned tomatoes and pour them all in and stir-fry.
Step 5
Simmer the sauce in the pot for about 8 minutes. Add the macaroni, sausage, cheese, cream, and black pepper. Stir evenly and simmer for a while. Add a small amount of pasta water. When the sauce is all mixed, you can take it out and eat it. You can add some grated cheese on top.
This process may seem complicated, but as long as you prepare the dish in advance and follow the steps, it is relatively simple, because the seasoning is not complicated. You only need to add tomatoes, cream and salt in order. Even if the food you use is a little different, the final taste will not be too different. You can adjust and innovate according to your personal taste. Hope you enjoy making and eating this delicious pasta!
