Coop Sleep Goods is run by brother and sister Jin and Kevin, who are committed to meeting the sleep needs of different people. I have reviewed their original pillow before. This freely adjustable pillow is loved by many consumers. What I want to introduce today is an enlarged version of the original pillow – Coop sleep goods body pillow. I will share my personal experience, including its material and quality. Come and see if it’s the perfect body pillow you’ve been looking for!

Basic Information

Size : 20” x 54”
Color : White
Fill Material : Memory foam and microfiber
Cover Material : 60% polyester, 40% bamboo-derived viscose rayon
Pillowcase constructed from ultra-breathable Lulltra™ (60% polyester, 40% bamboo viscose rayon). It has a certain thickness to the touch, which immediately makes people feel that it is of good quality. It also proved this in the machine wash test. It’s Green Guard Gold certified and is hypoallergenic and safe for humans.
The filling is a mixture of medium-firm memory foam and microfiber. Although it is officially called medium firmness, you can adjust it freely. Unzip to reduce or add filler to achieve your desired height and firmness. Tight seams on the pillow ensure the filling doesn’t leak out.
Test Performance

My friends and I tried the Coop sleep goods body pillow at home for 7 days (just like the previous test). We also machine washed the pillow to test its quality. After 7 days, we summarized our respective experiences. Come and see how this body pillow performs!
Sleeping Style
Side sleeping-Body pillow is suitable for side sleepers, especially people with scoliosis. I found that sleeping with it felt very safe, just like sleeping with a doll when I was a child. Additionally, holding it between your legs helps keep your hips and spine aligned. The memory foam is supportive and relieves pressure on my legs.
Back sleeping – Back sleepers cannot sleep with their body pillow in the same way as side sleepers. You can choose to place it sideways like a regular pillow, but that will take up a lot of space.
Stomach sleeping – Obviously, it is not suitable for stomach sleepers. We all know that stomach sleepers need thin, soft pillows. The medium-firm memory foam of the Coop sleep goods body pillow does not prevent your neck from stretching upward.
Temperature Regulation

Memory foam pillows have always been prone to heat accumulation. But during the test, this body pillow always kept the body at a neutral temperature. The addition of bamboo fiber viscose in the pillowcase can effectively absorb excess heat. Shredded memory foam promotes air circulation and prevents night sweats. Unless you are someone who is very afraid of heat, Coop sleep goods body pillow will not let you sleep very hot.
Cleaning Method
Good news: The entire pillow is machine washable. Bad news: Cleaning it is a chore. According to the care instructions, we first separate the pillowcase and inner pillow. At the laundromat, we complete the washing and drying process (wash in cold water, dry on low heat). Due to its large size, Coop does not recommend using a home washing machine. To be honest, I recommend just washing your pillowcases regularly.
Coop operates a 100-day return policy. You will receive a full refund within two business days. If you’re willing to keep it, Coop offers a 5-year warranty on this pillow.
Should You Try It?
I really like the Coop sleep goods body pillow. The shredded memory foam filling is both soft and supportive, keeping my spine in the right position. The pressure in my legs and arms was relieved. But if you’re a stomach and back sleeper, this pillow may not be for you.
