So I followed the instructions and removed a quarter of the filling. This works! I felt like my head was stuck in a cloud.
Another friend is a stomach sleeper. He thinks there are better options. Stomach sleepers need thin, soft pillows. Obviously coop original pillow is not the most cost-effective. After all, we took out a lot of filler.
