Obviously, the appearance of this oven continues Breville’s classic stainless steel simple design. You can tell at a glance that it is a Breville oven. If you are a person who likes modern design, then you will definitely be fascinated by its design, and the coffee that matches it Put it on the desktop together with the computer, which not only meets your daily needs, but also satisfies your visual enjoyment. Although it looks relatively simple, don’t ignore the fact that it is larger than an ordinary oven. When placing it, you need to ensure that there is still ten inches of space on both sides.

The oven is also equipped with a 12*12-inch enamel baking plate and grill, and a 13-inch stainless steel pizza pan. It is also more convenient to take. There are three positions inside for placing baked goods, and the three positions are also marked on the glass of the oven to what extent they are suitable for baking. Its overall operation is relatively simple and clear. If you have used Breville products before, you should be familiar with its buttons. Its preset function is what I prefer, with nine preset options: Toast, Bagel, Bake, Broil, Grill, Pizza, Cookies, Reheat, and Keep Warm. It can basically cover all your daily needs for the oven. And its preset functions can be changed and saved by yourself. Next time you can bake directly with the preset functions you set.

How did I tested it?

In order to better test its taste, I tested it with two of the most commonly baked foods in my daily oven, toast and pizza. I use another oven at home to heat these two foods frequently, and I will compare the difference in baking degree of toast between the bread machine and the oven to have a better reference.

Toast

Because there is a toast option in the preset function, you can just select the toast option, and then select the number of slices you put in. I put in four slices for testing. Then turn the temperature button. The final result of Breville’s oven is very good. The toast slices near the sides of the oven will be more crispy than the toast slices in the middle, but not burnt. My bread machine sometimes burns the toast, and sometimes the toast pops out and falls on the table. The overall texture will be crispier in the oven than in the bread machine.

Pizza

Because I don’t know how to make pizza, I will prepare some quick-frozen pizza at home. In order to test the capacity, I purchased a 12-inch large pizza for testing. It can fit a twelve-inch pizza completely, and you don’t have to worry about debugging time. It adjusts the baking time based on the size of the pizza. In about twenty minutes, we got a golden and crispy pizza, the bottom was not too hard, the cheese on top was not over-baked, and the overall taste was that the surface and bottom were baked well. Although my old oven can also heat pizza, it has no preset function and it is difficult for me to control its temperature. Sometimes it will over bake and affect its taste.

Test results

Although the space of the oven is relatively limited, its baking pan is easily removable, so it is easy to clean. Just use dish soap to clean it.

Operability

I believe many people find it difficult to operate an oven because of its temperature and time control, but Smart Oven has prompts and preset functions, so for daily needs, it does not require you to adjust the temperature and time yourself, but if you If you are familiar with the oven, you can also preset your own time, which has a save function.

Is it worth to buy?

If you are looking for an oven to replace the old oven in your home, and the basic oven functions cannot satisfy you, then you can consider buying this oven. The premise is that you can accept the price and have enough space to place it. Judging from its performance alone, it is ahead of other ovens. It has added new functions on top of the original ones, and its versatility does not make it more difficult to operate. This is an excellent product.
