Price of the machine
The original price of this espresso machine has been $749, which rarely fluctuates, and it’s been a bestseller as an entry-level coffee machine, now discounted to $699 on Amazon, a rare discount except for Black Friday.
Within the same product, this coffee machine is moderately priced. But it’s the cheapest model in breville and can be used as a breville entry level product.

Appearance and design:
Speaking of appearance alone, the all-stainless steel design combines technology and modernity. It’s very simple and looks very stylish when placed on the desktop. However, it cost nearly 700 US dollars. If the appearance design of the product is not in place, it cannot be justified. But one bad thing about stainless steel is that it’s prone to fingerprints, which may require you to spend a little bit of time each day wiping down the coffee maker.
The buttons on the top allow you to easily select the cup size of the coffee, the filter size, turn on and off the machine, adjust the water temperature, and the grind of the coffee. The pressure gauge in the center allows you to see the pressure used to brew the coffee.

On the bottom left of the pressure gauge is the ground coffee dispenser, which dispenses the right amount of coffee by attaching the coffee funnel underneath, with buttons on top to select the amount and coarseness level. On the bottom right is the extraction function, and you can have about two ounces of espresso in a minute. On the far right is the frother, which gives you a fine, silky latte.
At the top of the coffee maker is the bean container, which is not as good as a high-capacity funnel, but it’s fine for three or four days if you’re using it by yourself, or if you have a large family, it’s fine to replenish it in time. The water tank of the coffee maker is at the back of the coffee maker, it’s hard to find it without looking closely, and a handle is thoughtfully installed on it to make it easier to remove and refill. The bottom tray is also removable separately for cleaning, and there’s a storage compartment inside the tray for filters so you can find them right away when you need them.
In general, all aspects of equipment are quite complete.
Function:
For a more comprehensive review, we tried it out with our office mates. We agreed that this is a great coffee maker to get started with.
It’s a good idea to warm it up twenty minutes in advance before using it, or if you forget, five minutes will do. If you want to keep an efficient meal time in the morning, you’d better test in advance whether you prefer one or two shots. The subsequent operation will be more time-saving to just use the corresponding filter basket.

If you want to make a more challenging coffee, you may also need to work a little bit on the frother; it looks simple, but it takes skill to make a fine milk froth. At least it didn’t work out for me and my coworkers so far, but don’t get discouraged because we’ve only had it for a short time too.I believe you will make a perfect cup of coffee after a few more attempts. And the most important thing is to clean the coffee maker in time, don’t be lazy! In order to avoid clogging because of a small detail, routine maintenance is still necessary.
Buyer's Comments:
My coworkers and I agreed that this coffee maker is worth getting, and since we can’t live without coffee in our daily office, having a coffee maker can save us a lot of money. And we’re also both new to coffee makers, so it’s not too hard to get started, and it won’t take long to make an Americano or espresso.
We have also collected reviews from everyone who bought it on the internet. It’s not hard to get started, but there is no water level warning feature, which sometimes hurts the machine if you don’t notice it.But as a home coffee maker for everyday coffee needs, it’s a worthy investment.
