Our Place Dream Cooker Review-Make Cooking more Speedier

Slow cookers appear less frequently in our daily lives now, but in my memory, When she was a child, she would always use a slow cooker to stew meat at her grandmother’s house. The stewed meat was soft and delicious, with a flavor that could not be produced in a pan. I guess one of the reasons why slow cookers have faded out of people’s sight is because it always takes time to get used to and the cooking time is relatively long. Now everyone seems to have adapted to the fast-paced life. The rise of microwave ovens and air fryers has made people It seems that the long wait is unacceptable.
After launching the Perfect Pot and Always Pan, Our Place launched the Dream Cooker, which claims to save you 80% of time. It can not only stew meat, but also stir-fry vegetables and make soup. This time I used the slow cooker to test stew and stir-fry vegetables. To be honest, I have never used a slow cooker to stir-fry vegetables, so I was quite nervous about the results.

This time I made chicken stew. I cut the chicken into pieces and added some potatoes, onions and tomatoes. I prefer chicken that is soft and tasty, so I put the chicken in first and simmered it for half an hour. I will put the potatoes and carrots into the stew in the last ten minutes to avoid overcooking. The whole operation requires no experience. You only need to put the meat and vegetables into the pot and season them appropriately. In the end, the stewed chicken tastes very good. The chicken has reached the stage where it can be taken off the bones, and the oil on the chicken skin is also well mixed with the soup. The meat is very juicy. The potatoes added at the end are also stewed in a short time. They are very soft and crumbly when pinched. I like potatoes of this kind very much.

For stir-fry, I will simply stir-fry some asparagus, which is also my most common breakfast food. In fact, it is the same as using a pan. You only need to preheat the pan and pour in the oil. It is better than the pan in that it preheats quickly, but because it is a slow cooker, the pan is very deep and not easy to use,so I think it is more convenient to use a pan directly for cooking.

Cleaning

Compared with the old-fashioned slow cooker, the best thing about it is that the inner pot is removable, so cleaning only needs to clean the inner pot. Some old-fashioned slow cookers have a body and inner pot that are integrated, making them troublesome to clean. And because it has a non-stick coating inside, it rarely sticks to the pan. You only need to use dish soap and a rag to clean away the oil stains.

Is it worth to buy?

It adds some innovative features to the traditional slow cooker, such as a simple control panel and a hands-free steam release function. And as advertised, it does cook faster than an old-fashioned slow cooker, and you can completely set it aside for cooking without spending time worrying about it. It will automatically keep it warm for you after cooking. If you happen to be short of a slow cooker, then I would recommend you to buy this product. Its design and functions are well designed. Whether it is integrated into the design of the kitchen or makes your cooking more convenient, it can satisfy everything.
