Shell woven is made from TENCEL Lyocell, a material derived from eucalyptus trees. Eucalyptus requires very little water to grow, and eucalyptus fibers are antibacterial. Cloud’s shell is very breathable and soft, with a yarn count of 300. Although the Buffy Cloud can be used as a standalone quilt, officials recommend using a duvet cover to reduce wear and tear.

Environmentalists, look here! Its down alternative filling is entirely recycled material. The unique PET material is extracted from plastic water bottles. The production of each comforter prevents 50 plastic bottles from being buried. Feels as hard as plastic? nonexistent. The plastic is crushed and air-blown to achieve the fluffiness and softness that its name “cloud comforter” means.
Test Performance
In order to get an accurate evaluation, my partners and I tried sleeping on the cloud quilt at home for a week. We all have different sleeping position preferences, sleeping habits, and temperature needs. Finally, we summarize the performance of cloud comforter in terms of comfort, durability, temperature adjustment, etc.

Comfort
It’s really as fluffy and soft as a cloud. You can’t imagine it having anything to do with plastic bottles. But when I pressed the cloud comforter, I felt the air flowing. Touching its shell, the smooth feel is similar to a quilt cover with broken grain weave. I personally don’t like quilts that are too thick. The thickness of Buffy Cloud is just right, between thick and thin. I can sleep freely all night without feeling dull.
Durability
Shell uses drop-shaped stitching to effectively prevent the filling from clumping. No matter how much I rolled it (the comforter even turned into a ball), the filling was still evenly distributed. The catch is that under prolonged pressure, it flattens. You may need to fluff it periodically.
Temperature Regulation
Eric is a hot sleeper. Let’s hear what he has to say. “I have to say, it performs well in this regard. Being a medium-thick comforter, it can be used all year round. I don’t feel hot. Thanks to it, I maintain a constant temperature. Tencel Lyocell has Natural breathability. Moisture wicking is its highlight.
Cleaning Method
The official label indicates that the cloud comforter is machine washable. It will be easy to clean if you have a washing machine at home big enough to accommodate it. We do not recommend smaller rollers or mixers here. Excessive loads may cause damage to your machine. Additionally, washing less frequently and using a duvet cover will reduce wear and tear and extend its life.

Environmentalists – this cloud comforter has you covered. The duvet cover and filling are made from plant-based and recycled materials. The packaging boxes used by the brand are also FSC certified.
Hot Sleepers – You can be bold and try it. Unique Tencel fabric and cloud-like volume filling are both fluffy and soft. No need to worry about night sweats and colds. It maintains a constant temperature and is designed to provide a comfortable sleep.
Those who like multiple color options – Buffy Cloud only comes in white. Of course, you can also purchase additional colored duvet covers.
Those who don’t want to dry clean – Buffy’s staff recommends washing in an industrial-sized washing machine. This is inconvenient. Therefore, we recommend dry cleaning to ensure the quality of your comforter.
